Exhibition

The exhibition area is centrally located in the main foyer on the ground floor, next to coffee/tea and the registration/information stands.

Conditions

Books and other material must be offered to conference participants at a twenty per cent discount or more

 

Standard stand

·         6 m², a large table and one chair.

·         Exhibitors will have unlimited access to the Internet in the next-door library and a wireless network connection free of charge for your own laptop. Special request for electric power outlet or other support should be directed to the organizers at the time of registration

 

Conference bag/

program

A conference bag or folder will be prepared for all conference participants. Exhibitors’ material or flyers may be included on the following conditions:

 

·         Material must be received at least two weeks ahead of the conference

·         Maximum size is sheet of A4 (210 × 297 square millimetres)

 

Meetings

Meeting rooms are available on request. Reservations must be made at least two weeks ahead of the conference. A fee will apply. During the conference, the availability of unreserved meeting rooms cannot be guaranteed.

 

During the conference

 

When arriving at the conference please register at the information desk and meet the Exhibition Coordinator.

Exhibitors are responsible for the setting up of books etc. and for overnight storage. A locked room will be available for overnight storage. Please let us know well ahead of arrival if you need special attendance.

 

The stalls will be in the main foyer of CBS, with CBS faculty and students passing through during the day. The foyer is open to the public from 7:30 am until 10:30 pm.

 

The Exhibition Coordinator will be available during the whole conference

All stands in the foyer must be cleared by 15:00 hours on Thursday June 21

 

Shipping/storage

Limited storage space can be provided upon request. The storage space may be used during the conference, but (unless otherwise agreed) exhibitors are responsible for the transportation to and from the stand.

Material can only be received and stored 1 week ahead of the conference. Neither DRUID nor CBS will assume any responsibility for handling and storage. Information on the sizes of boxes and/or number of books must be forwarded well ahead.

 

Insurance

Neither DRUID nor CBS will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference.

 

Registration

 

 

Costs

All must register with the Exhibition Coordinator no later than May 15 2012

 

Costs per manned stand: 5.500 DKK (approximately 700 EURO or 1000 USD). The fee includes lunches/coffees for one person, nametag with company name, conference bag/folder, one stand (table and chair) and company and representatives name mentioned under Exhibitors in the list of conference participants.

 

Additional representative: 1.500 DKK (approximately 200 EURO or 295 USD). The fee includes lunches, teas, conference bag/folder, nametag, name mentioned under Exhibitors in the list of conference participants).

 

Costs per unmanned stand: 4.000 DKK (approximately 700 EURO or 1000 USD)

 

Costs for inserts/flyers: to be decided on a case to case basis
