EXHIBITORS' GUIDELINES

Expected number of delegates: 350

Shipments arriving before June 2015 will be returned.

Exhibition area: Centrally located in the main foyer on the ground floor, next to session rooms and registration/information stands. The foyer is open to the public from 7:30 to 9:30, and faculty and students will pass through.

Exhibition hours:

*  Monday June 15, 13:00-17:00

*  Tuesday June 16, 8:30-17:00

*  Wednesday June 17, 8:30-17:00

Conditions: Books and other materials must be offered to conference participants at a discount of 20% or more.

Standard stand: 5 square meters, a large table and a chair. Exhibitors will have unlimited Internet access in the next-door info rooms and a complementary wireless conncetion. Special requests, such as particular electric power outlets, should be directed to the conference organizers at the time of registration.

Meetings: Meeting rooms are available on request. Reservations must be made at least one month prior to the conference. A fee will apply. During the conference, the availability of unreserved meeting rooms cannot be guaranteed.

During the conference: Upon arrival, please register at the information desk and meet the Exhibition Coordinator. Exhbitors are responsible for setting up of books, etc., and for packing for overnight storage. A locked room will be available for overnight storage. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you have special needs.

Shipping and storage: Limited storage space is available. Unless otherwise agreed, exhibitors are responsible for the transportation to abnd from the storage and the exhibition stand. Materials can only be recieved and stored one week ahead of the conference. Neither DRUID nor LUISS will assume any responsibility for handling and storage. Information of the size of boxes and/or number of books must be given prior to arrival.

Insurance: Neither DRUID nor LUISS will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference.

Registration: All must register with the Exhibition Coordinator no later than May 10, 2014.

Costs: 

*  Fee for manned stand: 700 EUR (payable in DKK). The fee includes lunches/coffee for one representative, nametag with company name, one stand and a chair, and company and representatives' names listed in the conference program.

*  Fee for additional representative: 200 EUR (payable in DKK). The fee includes lunches/coffee nametag, name listed in the conference program.

*  Fee for unmanned stand: 700 EUR (payable in DKK).
