Payment of the conference fee Euro 300/500 (DKK 2250/3750) should be done through HERE by December 8, 2016. Failure to pay the conference fee by DECEMBER 8, 2016 will AUTOMATICALLY REMOVE YOUR SUBMISSION (abstract/paper) from the conference program.

Only PhD students with accepted submissions can participate in the conference.

VISA: Please consult the authorities for visa requirements if not holding a European Union or North American passport.
