* Please confirm your participation with conference organizers no later than May 1, 2018.

* Books and other materials must be offered to conference participants at a discount of 20% or more.

* Standard exhibition stand is 5 square meters, including a large table and a chair. Exhibitors will have a complementary wireless conncetion. Special requests, such as particular electric power outlets, should be directed to the conference organizers at the time of registration.

* Meeting rooms are available on request. Reservations must be made at least one month prior to the conference. A fee may apply. During the conference, the availability of unreserved meeting rooms cannot be guaranteed.

* Shipping address and contact at Copenhagen Business School upon request.

* Materials can be recieved and stored from maximum one week ahead of the conference. Neither DRUID nor CBS will assume any responsibility for handling and storage. Information of the size of boxes and/or number of books must be given prior to arrival.

* Upon arrival, please register at the information desk and meet the DRUID contract person. Exhbitors are responsible for setting up of books, etc., and for packing for overnight storage. 

* A locked room will be available for overnight storage. Limited storage space is available. Unless otherwise agreed, exhibitors are responsible for the transportation to and from the storage and the exhibition stand. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you have special needs.

* Insurance: Neither DRUID nor CBS will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference.
